Rare Sweater Glitch

I know, I know.. I find lots of glitches.
This glitch is a coloration glitch on an item.
This is a Rare Sweater:

I like the colors on it! Anyway, it is supposed to be a cool ice blue.
Here it is on a giraffe:

(Photo not mine) So you can see it is a nice shade of blue, just like the shop said it would be.
